Glory Great Kauman Mosque in Semarang
Mosque founded by scholars of Arab blood Semarang named Maulana Salim Ibn Abdul aka Kyai Pandan Arang is located near Johar market.
It is said that the story, this mosque had burned in 1885 because of higher than the Great Mosque of Demak and rebuilt without the assistance GI Assistant Resident of Semarang Semarang regent Blume and Raden Tumenggung Cokrodipuro completed in 1889 by architect by GA Gambier. From the mosque her hand was born with three stacking architect roof decorated with a crown mustaka peak.
